Sixth Form Results

The cohort of students leaving us this year have endured significant disruption to their sixth form studies over the last two years. To their great credit, the collective and individual manner in which they have responded is something we as a school, and parents alike, are incredibly proud of. Their response to the challenges and demands placed upon them has been exemplary, ensuring that they are able to pursue their personal goals.

Students leaving us this year are progressing on to take up a variety of opportunities, including higher apprenticeships and university. This includes those taking up places at Russell group institutions including Warwick, Nottingham and Loughborough. Of note again this year is the array of subject areas in which our students will be conducting their studies. These include; Law, Nursing, Music, Finance, Computer Science, Education, Geography, History, Tourism, Sport and Politics.

2021 has again proven a very successful year for the students of The Long Eaton School Sixth Form. Our Year 13 students have proven themselves resilient, committed and ambitious with another set of very strong results.

We wish our 2021 leavers all the very best for their future endeavours.
