BBC School report
Once again students at The Long Eaton School are taking part in BBC School Report,
making the news in our school in 2013.
Today our Year 8 students have been sniffing out the important news stories:
- Our reporters, Alesha, Elle, Maddie and Orionn, interviewed staff and students about the year 8 options process and the eBacc
- Reporters Ceri, Kate, Leah and Matthew wonder fair the eBacc actually is
- Reporters Callum, Daniel, Joshua and Logan investigated changes at The Long Eaton School over the last two years - including an interview with the Headteacher, Mr Calvert, on the school's latest OFSTED report
- Reporters Liv, Rhea and Tori do further investigation of the eBacc qualification from the perspective of one of the first groups of students to work through it
- Reporters Ed, Jack, Luke and Wayne consider the provision of school meals
