Whilst learning remotely, students attend lessons on Microsoft Teams. As part of our high-quality teaching and learning provision we also use a series of online assessment tools. These include apps and platforms that allow us to run quizzes, mini whiteboards, card sorts and many more activities to ensure that we can assess pupils’ knowledge and understanding. Unless a full and robust DPIA has been completed, your child will only ever be asked to share their first name and no other identifying data when they access the sites, inline with GDPR guidelines. Staff inform pupils that they are not to share any data other than their first name to ensure that their data has been kept safe.
